- Fixed windows overlapping each other after a UI scale change

- Fixed labels sitting at slightly different heights
- Fixed list rows vanishing while scrolling
- Fixed strokes rendering wrong on rounded corners
- Fixed uneven stroke thickness between sides
- Fixed transparency artifacts where elements overlapped
- Fixed input focus sticking after a window closed
Improved
- Smoother menu background blur with less banding
- Menu background blur costs noticeably less performance, as we switched over to using a compute shader which now does the downsample/blur work
