Both Mesa and Vanity are online again!

Status of Vanity/Mesa ( TLDR )

Seems to be undetected, however, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK over the next 10 days. The ban/red trust factor wave that started a few days ago, isn't a detection on our end.

Regarding status the of Vanity/Mesa ( in detail )

Over the last few days, we've improving our anti-cheat logs and also testing on prime accounts ( 3 accounts total, 2 completely legit and nothing injected, 1 injected ). Both legit, never injected on accounts, got red trust within a few frag out games ( around 30-ish something kills per game ), the account that had the software injected but performed consistently bad ( mostly negative KD ), was completely green after all games played. The trust factor of that account was checked from my personal main account which has an inventory and I've not played on for months. From what I can tell, reports seem to hold a lot more weight when it comes to reducing trust factor than before. Also, there is the fact that plenty of legit players and content creators have also been getting false VAC Live bans. There have been some alleged new "clientside VAC modules", I can neither confirm nor deny it, as of right now, additional testing is needed to determine that, I simply did not have enough time to test in all game modes ( that includes premier ).

What happens next?

Over the next 10 - 14 days, I will be working on implementing automatic dumps and logs for the clientside VAC ( SteamService.exe/dll ) as well. We'll also be closely monitoring our current logs, if we see something out of the ordinary or potentially dangerous, we won't hesitate to put the software down immediately until we investigate.

Time Compensation?

As usual, all of our downtime is compensated, in this case, all active subscriptions have been extended by 7 days. If your subscription ran out during the downtime, please open a ticket on the forum under the "Time Compensation" category.Thank You for trusting Us, sincerely, the Mesa/Vanity Team!
