Is mesa safe to use or not?

YES!
It is indeed very safe to use, ive been using it on my main account for the past month and im still green trust. The reason why people kept saying they got red trust might caused by the profile changer. I only use inventory changer and im still good. So stop asking whether its safe or not. It's safe if you use skin changer ONLY.
