Guys, come on, the HWID mistmatch message clearly says you need to "contact support". You have to open a ticket under the
HWID Reset category. As for when you will get your ticket resolved, that's usually up to the moderators, please be patient, they have lives outside of the software too and are certainly not your slaves. They are getting paid to do the exact amount of work they are currently doing so you have no right to demand more from them. As for me and Vofflan, we are also busy people. I think the software isn't at all expensive enough to also justify you demanding ticket replies in less than 24 hours ( which is the usual maximum response time for moderators )
