Will the developers ever abandon Mesa Changer? If they ever do will I still be able to use it if I bought the lifetime option? I'm just wondering if the lifetime option will be worth it in the long run.

Currently windows versions 23H2 ( update kb5044285 and beyond ), as well as 24H2 are unsupported. If you are on one of these versions you need to downgrade. Refer to this to check your windows build https://youtu.be/9tN3cf7jx34

No we won't abandon Mesa. This is the developers full time job and he is very passionate about it. Both Mesa and Vanity.
I can't tell you that it 100% won't get abandoned in 10 years since that's impossible to know but it wont be abandoned. I promise you that.
