I’m not sure what you mean by “our website not working as it should”.

To redeem a key:

go to the Subscriptions tab of this website: https://mesachanger.com/forum/account/upgrades
paste the code in the Coupon Code area
press Apply, then press Get Free next to the sub variant you purchased

Once you complete these steps, you should have a Premium status on this website and have a Download Loader button available.
