About red trust factor and vacs

I wanna use this on my acc that’s my main right now but I’m only gonna use skins no profile swapped nothing just wondering if there’s a chance I would get vacced or if that’s only when it gets detected and would I get red trust factor I have some skins and a decent steam lvl
